Our Fractional CFO service provides companies with flexible access to senior‑level strategic and financial expertise—without the cost of employing a full‑time Chief Financial Officer. Our service cover financial planning, reporting, decision-support processes, and assist with cash flow optimisation, financing structure development. This flexible solution is particularly well-suited for businesses that do not need a full‑time CFO, yet benefit from board‑level experience gained in multinational environments and from results‑driven financial leadership.
The service is available from HUF 450,000 net per month. The number of dedicated days and time slots can be used completely flexibly – even in half-day increments.
Interim management services
As part of our interim management services, we provide targeted financial and executive support during critical business phases. Our experienced professionals step in as temporary leaders to assist with strategic decision-making, financial planning, and operational control. This service enables our clients to maintain stable, transparent, and results-driven operations — whether facing leadership gaps, organizational transitions, or periods of growth.
Our service fee is a fixed HUF 180,000 net per day.
